Abstract: Confucius and Confucianism’s moral and political ideals are based on the common sense, and caring about the common sense is its focus. The academic community only interprets the “near those who are close, and those who are far away” as the state of national management in Confucius’ fantasy, but has failed to explore the moral and political and humanistic concerns of Confucius’ management vision from the perspective of “nears” and “far away”. Combining the thoughts of Confucius and Confucianism, we found that the movement of “near” and “far” is not a simple immigrant problem, nor is it just a manifestation of management consequences. Its inner reality and basis are moral policies that care about the preservation and benefits of the common people, and have the most basic concern for the common people’s education. Confucius’ human-oriented moral governance thinking provides unique ethical perspectives for understanding the problem of life and talent, presenting a clearer human-oriented social management thinking and moral politics.

The reality of Confucius and Confucian moral politics is based on the common sense. Carefulness of the common sense is its focus. “The nearest says, the farther comes” comes from “Theory·Zi Lu”: “Ye Gong asked politics.
